- Hirers: Individuals or entities seeking to rent or hire cars through our platform.

2. Use of Our Services
Our platform serves solely as a directory and marketplace connecting Advertisers and Hirers. We provide tools to facilitate listings, inquiries, and bookings, but do not operate or manage car hire transactions directly.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
Advertisers
- Must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about their vehicles and rental terms.
- Are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and insurance requirements regarding their vehicles and rental agreements.
Hirers
- Are responsible for verifying the suitability of any vehicle for their needs and complying with all terms set by the Advertiser.
- Agree to abide by the rental agreements negotiated directly with the Advertiser.
4. No Agency or Partnership
Chrome and Charm Car Hire Directory is not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between Advertisers and Hirers. We do not take ownership, custody, or control over any vehicle listed or rented via our platform.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Important: You acknowledge and agree that Chrome and Charm Car Hire Directory acts only as an intermediary platform and does not assume any responsibility or liability for:
- The conduct, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings by Advertisers.
- The quality, condition, or suitability of any vehicle.
- The negotiation, performance, or breach of any rental agreement or transaction.
- Any disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising between Advertisers and Hirers.
By using our service, you release Chrome and Charm from any and all liability related to any direct or indirect damages resulting from transactions, communications, or interactions between Advertisers and Hirers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Chrome and Charm. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any material without our express written consent.
7. Account and Security
Users may need to create an account to list vehicles or book rentals. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
